Customer-centric business models are an essential way to serve the unique needs of poor people. For financial service providers, investors and policymakers committed to reaching people at the base of the economic pyramid, this event shares the latest knowledge on what works in providing low-income customers with the economic opportunities and resources they need to improve their lives.

This year's event is jointly organized by SPTFCGAPDvara and LeapFrog Investments. The meeting will build on the knowledge shared in CGAP’s new Customer-Centric Guide, which offers guidance on how organizations can move toward customer-centric business models.

All meetings and event documents will be offered in English only. Interpretation will not be provided for any sessions at this year’s event.
