Bankers Realm supplier service need improvement

Implementation and Training: from Good to Average. Support in Kenya varies from Good to Average, and in other East and South countries from Average to Poor.
When I reviewed Bankers Realm two years ago, I rated supplier service as low, and needed a great deal of improvement. Craft Silicon, the developer & supplier of Bankers Realm strongly contested my verdict.
I am sad to say that time has proven me RIGHT.It has been an uphill task for my customer (a MFI using Bankers realm) to get a responsive support on software bugs! Craft Silicon is now putting all its resources in the development of the new Bankers Realm Net Version and have focused their best people in that direction. I have no complain over that but the fact that they are really neglecting their MFIs clients, whilst they are still selling the old version of the software.
I am just letting you know so that MFI who wish to implement BR are aware of the service shortfall.
