Social Performance Metrics

Dear Colleagues The prevailing methodologies for assessing MFI performance are all organization centric. A better alternative would be metrics that start with a community view and put MFI performance in context. In my view, progress out of poverty will never be measured until this community perspective is being systematically recorded. Sincerely Peter Burgess Community Analytics (CA)
