Results from our 2011 user survey and the Gateway's plans for 2012.

The Microfinance Gateway relies on feedback from you, our users, to set priorities for the site. Between October and November 2011, 755 people from 106 countries responded to our user survey with their suggestions, questions, and comments on the work we do to facilitate knowledge exchange among the microfinance community. This week we share some results from the survey along with our plans for 2012.

In response to your feedback, we plan to...

...increase outreach to employers to ensure we have a comprehensive database of industry jobs.

...produce regular feature articles on the latest trends and developments, especially covering the topics suggested by our users.

...update existing Hot Topic resource centers and add new ones on Disasters and Impact.

...expand the library to ensure we are covering the wide range of topics of interest to our users.

...upgrade our resources on trainings.
