Results from our 2011 user survey and the Gateway's plans for 2012.
The Microfinance Gateway relies on feedback from you, our users, to set priorities for the site. Between October and November 2011, 755 people from 106 countries responded to our user survey with their suggestions, questions, and comments on the work we do to facilitate knowledge exchange among the microfinance community. This week we share some results from the survey along with our plans for 2012.
Didn't get a chance to respond to our survey? We welcome you to contact us anytime, and invite you to provide feedback on a regular basis through our new, ongoing survey tool which will randomly select users to complete a short survey.
