CERISE - The website of this knowledge exchange network for microfinance practitioners offers information about its work on social performance indicators and social auditing, tools and publications.
Imp-Act Consortium - Global group of organizations working to promote and support the management of social performance by MFIs. The Consortium provides training in social performance management, shares lessons learned and good practices, and promotes reporting on social performance.
Imp-Act SPM Network - Community space created by the Imp-Act Consortium to connect individuals and organizations committed to managing and achieving social performance in microfinance.
Microfinance Transparency - MFTransparency is a global initiative for fair and transparent pricing in the microfinance industry. The website contains tools for calculating transparent prices, presentations and videos, papers, and a blog on the organization’s work.
microLINKS - Knowledge-sharing site of USAID’s Microenterprise Development office. It has a section on Social Performance with links to recent library additions, news, events and online discussions.
MIX Social Performance Resource Center – The Microfinance Information eXchange (MIX) has integrated a set of social performance indicators into its regular MFI reporting database. The website provides information on the indicators and how they are processed, as well as original research and analysis on social performance reporting in the microfinance industry.
Poverty Assessment Tools - Site provides free access to all USAID-certified poverty assessment tools and accompanying training materials designed to measure extreme poverty at the household level.
Progress Out of Poverty Index (PPI) - Poverty measurement tool developed by Grameen Foundation for the microfinance industry to foster good practices for measuring the progress of individuals’ movement across poverty lines. The website provides PPI toolkits by country, implementation guidance, and case studies from users.
SEEP Network resources on Social Performance - The Social Performance Working Group at SEEP prioritizes the creation and promotion of common reporting frameworks, tools, systems, and standards for social performance. It put together the SEEP Social Performance Map to provide an overview of social performance and the current tools available.
Smart Campaign - The Smart Campaign is a global effort to unite microfinance leaders around a common goal: to keep clients as the driving force of the industry. The Client Protection Principles are the focus of this goal, and the website contains information on the campaign and its six principles, along with related tools and resources for both microfinance institutions and networks and associations.
Social Performance Task Force (SPTF) - Formed in 2005 by the Ford Foundation, CGAP and the Argidius Foundation, the SPTF aims to bring together leaders from various social performance initiatives in the microfinance industry to agree on a common social performance framework and to develop an action plan to move social performance forward. The website offers tools and guidance on getting started in social performance, information on Social Performance standards and principles, and other resources such as case studies and a database of technical assistance providers.
