RFLC is a website dedicated to providing access to the best materials for capacity building in the field of rural finance. Managed and hosted by the FAO, it offers a selection of training and study materials; a reference library of documents and multimedia;  free, interactive lessons in rural microfinance for those able to work online through a range of distance learning courses; videos on topics in rural finance; and access to DevFinance, a discussion listserv on rural finance.
