Cebu Micro-Enterprise Development Foundation, Inc. (CMEDFI) is the microfinance arm of the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation, Inc. (RAFI). It has served province of Cebu, Philippines for 37 years in the community development and 5 years in microfinance program. As of May 30/04 we have served 6,988 women clients in over 20 municipalities.
