Japan Soft Tech Consultants (JUST Consultants) was established in direct response to the need for a dynamic and resourceful organization to deliver services in soft technology that would allow the benefits of projects to be brought closer to communities and to mobilize people’s participation in the projects. JUST Consultants provides services to their partners in national and international development agencies, governments and the private sector.

Their mission is to provide high quality technical services consistent with the needs and priorities of their clients and partners. They offer the following services to national and international development agencies working in health, education, water supply and sanitation, microfinance, women in development, rural/urban development, and community development:
