The International Training Centre of the International Labour Organization (ITCILO) was established in 1965 in Turin, Italy. The centre is committed to assisting countries in their social development. Through learning and training, the Centre develops human resources and institutional capacity in pursuit of the ILO's primary goal of decent work for men and women. Besides training, the Centre provides related technical support and advisory services. It assembles, packages and disseminates the best thinking and practice concerning the world of work from the ILO and elsewhere. Over the years, it has provided training in the following areas:
