| The Grameen Foundation USA is a non-profit, tax exempt organization based in Washington D.C., USA. It works to promote a greater understanding of and to create support for the anti-poverty programs of the Grameen Bank and related Grameen institutions. The Foundation’s microfinance program support includes funding, technical assistance and training for MFIs. It has also done significant work in the areas of technology, social performance, and harnessing the vast resources of local and international capital markets to bring new financial resources to MFIs. | |
