AFRACA is an association of central banks, commercial banks, agricultural banks, microfinance institutions and national programs dealing with agricultural and rural finance in Africa. Its mission is to improve the rural finance environment through the promotion of appropriate policy frameworks. Based in Nairobi, AFRACA engages in research and information dissemination, policy forums, and training.

The vision of the Association is a rural Africa where people have access to sustainable financial services for economic development.
