Established in 1990, RGVN is a nonprofit organization that is headquartered in the Indian state of Assam and operates in more than 14 states of the country.  In 1995, it initiated a Credit and Savings Program to provide credit and related financial services to the rural poor. The organization has extensive experience in self help and joint liability group promotion as well.
