Center For Development Orientation and Training (CDOT) was founded in 2000 to work with a difference in the area in the field of credit, livelihood and all developmental programs, which can demonstrate for other organizations as well as for the other people in the area. CDOT's mission is to empower the underprivileged by providing a range of financial and other complementary services with a trickle down impact. It offers income generation loans to self help and joint liability groups; training to SHGs in book keeping and organizational leadership. 

CDOT came into action to help the upcoming NGOs and also work with scientific approach.
