Bazaari Global Finance Ltd. (Bazaari Finance) was incorporated in the State of Maharashtra on September 4th, 1995 (No. 011-92330), with its registered office located in Mumbai. It is engaged in the business of individual lending to finance micro-enterprises for income generating activities, joint liability group lending and lending for the purchase of two-wheelers in rural and semi-urban parts of western Rajasthan. It believes that by supporting these small enterprises we can play an increasing role in providing employment, alleviating poverty, and supplying essential goods and services that people need.

To give and impart a special emphasis on small entrepreneurs, artisans and livelihood earners, Bazaari Finance started a socio economic initiative called Swapna Sampoorn (SS). The primary objective of SS is to provide timely and easily accessible funds to small entrepreneurs at a reasonable rate and minimum formalities. The overall objectives of SS are to expand the income generation opportunities of rural lives by providing easy accessibility of micro credit, to develop a replicable model for micro credit disbursement in rural areas of Rajasthan and to impact the livelihoods of as many individuals as possible.
