BISAP is a community-based Bangladeshi secular, nonprofit and non-government development organization that has been working for distressed and powerless people off the river and coastal belt who often fall victim to natural disasters like floods. Programs implemented include microcredit programs and facilitating savings groups for women. BISAP reaches out to about 298 villages through its staff of over 100 individuals.
