The Small Business Banking Network (SBBN) is the first global network for financial institutions in developing countries which serve small businesses and entrepreneurs. It aims to play a key industry role in enhancing the capacity of financial institutions to increase the scale, quality, and profitability of their small business banking operations by enhancing their knowledge and productivity using tools, resources and peer learning mechanisms.
The SBBN works with and through its member institutions to improve human capital and banking 'best practices' in small business banking institutions to enhance the effectiveness of banks in reaching more under-served small businesses in their communities in a profitable manner. The Small Business Banking Network is a major initiative of CapitalPlus Exchange.
