Founded in 2007, ICAfrica's mission is to remove extreme poverty in Africa by providing opportunities for impoverished people through economic development and jobs creation. ICAfrica envisions to generate sustained economic growth in the poorest regions of Africa, halving the number of people living below the poverty line by 2015.  

ICAfrica has so far distributed more than $77,000 to approximately 450 qualified projects, primarily through its Entrepreneurial Assistance for Jobs Creation (EAJC) Program. Although loans have been approved in several countries across the continent, ICAfrica is currently focusing its efforts in Nigeria and Ghana.
