Microfinance Training Academy (MTA) addresses the manpower requirements, employee learning and development needs of new as well as existing MFIs. MTA aims at building a model which can self-sustain on revenues generated through reasonably priced services. MTA builds capacity in the microfinance sector by upgrading skills and knowledge of youth interested in the sector. MFI’s further benefit by having quick access to trained and motivated manpower.
