Mentors Internatioanl is a small to meduim sized microfinance company supporting 7 foundations in 5 countries. It is a non-profit organization that provides business training, mentoring, and microfinance services to struggling entrepreneurs in developing nations. Mentors establish affiliate foundations in host countries. Each foundation has its own local board of directors and indigenous staff. Mentors provide start-up support, training, and funding and loan capital. Mentors strategy is to assist the poor who are anxious to build their livelihood, their families and communities through micro and small scale enterprises.
