CADRE-India, established in 1993, is a non-partisan, secular, voluntary organization working in partnership with the rural poor of India. The core of CADRE-India target groups includes adivasis (schedule tribe), dalits (schedule caste) and other economically backward communities section in the poorer region of India. Its mission is to render help and assistance to the socio-economic and emotional upliftment of women, youth, children, the exploited classes and economically weaker sections of society without any discrimination of caste, class, religion or gender. CADRE-India aims to promote a sustainable process towards a dignified quality of conscientised rural communities.
