PlaNet Finance India Invites Applications for Microfinance Process Excellence Awards

PlaNet Finance India invites applications for its 4th Microfinance Process Excellence Award (MPEA) to reward process excellence in MFIs, and to establish industry benchmarks and elevate the standards of process- and institutional management across MFIs in India.

Key indicators and judging criteria have been developed in collaboration with, and verified by, groups such as MFTansparency, Genpact, ACCESS Development Services, Sa-Dhan, EDA Rural Systems. The deadline to complete the survey is September 15, 2010 and the award ceremony takes place November 15, 2010.
