Call for Papers: Global Partnerships in Microfinance The University of Greenwich, in collaboration with the University of Birmingham and Burgundy School of Business, is calling for papers for its international conference on Global Partnerships in Microfinance to be held on September 6-7, 2010. The theme of the conference responds to the imperative need of microfinance to help alleviate poverty in a sustainable fashion. To achieve this effectively, MFIs must collaborate with other stakeholders in the industry. The conference aims to explore all possible partnerships in microfinance and to discuss their achievements and challenges in meeting the microfinance goals. Therefore, academics and practitioners are welcome to submit their papers for consideration. Important dates:
