ADA Launches First Issue of Discussion Paper Series on Microfinance

ADA has launched the first issue of its new Discussion Paper series on microfinance. The new publication titled ‘Does foreign ownership in microfinance interfere with local development?’ aims to serve as a basis for discussion and is designed to spark a debate among microfinance professionals. The publication is available in English, French and Spanish.

ADA will also host a debate from March 9-11, 2010 and March 16-18, 2010 on the topic of the publication. Interested candidates can sign up for the debate by sending an email to discussion.ada@microfinance.lu indicating their full name, current position and complete name and address of their organization. They can also register online at www.microfinance.lu.
