Summary of Qualifications: After 22 years working at the International Institute - Histadrut, of them 6 years as Academic Director of the Institute, I am now retiring.

I am proud to say that these 6 years saw an expansion of our training programmes, making the Institute one of the largest of its kind in the world, with 45 training programmes, in 5 languages every year. Graduates numbered 1,300 annually coming from 140 countries worldwide.

September 1994: Evaluation mission to Dakar, Senegal on behalf of
the Coop Branch of the I.L.O. Geneva, to the ACOPAM projects in west Africa.
Acopam is a project intended to rural development in general and credit supply as a major tool.
MF Governance Trainer, MACOSCLE, Mauritius (October 2003)
October 2003: Leadership workshop with Macoscle - the Mauritius Saving and Credit Cooperatives League. A leadership training to 70 committees members of primary cooperatives.
The subject was: How to help the existing saccos to becoming more viable cooperatives.
It ended with a set of resoultions to change the credit union movement in this country.

August 1986:Conducting of 3 weeks seminar in Ivory Coast with U.G.T.C.I. on cooperative activities by N.G.O. And trade unions. 35 coperative leaders took part in.

August 1994: Conducting a leadership regional workshop jointly organized with the Coop Branch I.L.O. Geneva and ISPEC Benin, West Africa on:
